RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We sincerely thank you and appreciate your business. Our primary goal is to make you a satisfied customer. We understand though that in some cases you want to return the item for a refund, Here is our return policy.

- If you return items purchased with the FREE Shipping offer, then you may be charged a shipping & Handling fee of $4.99.
- The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you received it.
- Items customized as per your request cannot be returned.
- Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered and should be returned with all original packaging.
- All tag and inserts found on some of our items has to be intact.
- Misuse of our return policy will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
- When sending items back please use delivery confirmation for your return package.
- Shipping and insurance cost are non refundable.
- International purchases are non returnable.
- Returns may take up 10 business days for processing. We request your patience.
- We ask if you could please indicate the reason of refund for your return on the packing slip.
